Projects

Halloween 2026

Calling all Newcastle businesses, it’s time to get into the spirit. Quite literally.

NCC’s annual Halloween shop competition is back and this year we’re summoning ghosts, ghouls and assorted things that go bump in the night to shopfronts across the town.

Your mission? Create your very own GHOST outside your shop or business. Make it spooky, silly, spectacular, downright ridiculous or terrifying enough to frighten the postman. Anything goes. Well… within reason.

And because eternal glory apparently isn’t enough, we’ve got some properly lovely prizes up for grabs, including spa vouchers, dinner for two, comedy tickets and a few treats for our runners-up too..

So raid the cupboards, rattle those chains and get the whole team involved. Let’s fill Newcastle with ghosts, give everyone a bit of Halloween craic and find out who can conjure up the town’s finest phantom.

Get creative. Get ghostly. And whatever you do…

DON’T CROSS THE STREAMS. 👻
